Oscillation behavior of solutions of a class of sublinear Emden-Fowler delay differential equations \[ (r(t)x^{(n-1)}(t))'+q(t)x^{\beta}(\tau(t))=0 \] is studied. The main theorem of the paper improves some known results obtained recently for this class of equations. Two interesting examples for equation with unbounded delays illustrate the importance of the new criteria.
