The Batalin-Vilkovisky-Fradkin (BFV) complex is a differential graded Poisson algebra associated to a coisotropic submanifold of a Poisson manifold. The paper under review investigates the way this complex depends on various choices involved in the construction of that complex, and eventually establishes that, loosely speaking, different choices lead to complexes that are isomorphic at least at the level of germs.
