This paper deals with the qualitative analysis of nonnegative entire solutions for a class of quasilinear eigenvalue problems with variable parameter and real parameter. Under natural assumptions, the authors develop an exhaustive analysis and establish conditions that ensure the existence of one or multiple solutions, resp. nonexistence of solutions. The proofs strongly rely on variational methods, including the mountain pass theorem.
