This paper continues the interesting work of the authors on monotone skew-product semiflows. In this set-up, they deal with nonautonomous \(2\)-dimensional differential equations of ordinay, finite delay and reaction-diffusion type, given by cooperative and concave vector fields. These right-hand sides, in turn, define monotone and concave skew-product semiflows over a minimal base. In this situation, a complete description of all the minimal sets is given. This particularly illustrates differences between the autonomous and the nonautonomous situation, as well as respective concave and sublinear settings. As application serves a delayed Hopfield-type neural network.
