Classes of functions (called quasiconcave or \(\alpha\)-quasiconcave) from \({\mathbb{R}}^ n\) to \({\mathbb{R}}_+\) are considered in order to generalize the notion of unimodality (the case \({\mathbb{R}}\) to \({\mathbb{R}}_+)\). Their behaviour under convolution is studied.
