This paper proposes to use non-uniform mapping in the fast Fourier transform of non-uniformly spaced data. The result yields alias-free differentiation and integration operators. Truncation is done to avoid aliasing and/or singularity in compensation of small errors. Accuracy in the solutions of linear convection and diffusion equations is higher than that generated by the standard finite-difference method.
