A fully parabolic chemotaxis system for two competing species (with Lotka-Volterra type interactions) and two chemicals is coupled with the hydrodynamics equations. In one- and two-dimensional domains, solutions of the full Navier-Stokes equations are considered while in three-dimensional case -- the Stokes model is studied. Under some structural assumptions, existence of global in time bounded solutions is shown as well as convergence to steady states with exact convergence rates (either exponential or algebraic).
