The main result is that if n is a positive integer such that \(n\equiv 11(mod 12)\) and \(n\not\in \{23,47,59,83,107,167,179,227,263,299,347,383,719,767,923,1439\}\), then \(n\in D\) where D denotes the set of integers n for which LD(n)'s exist. An LD(n) is a combinatorial design introduced earlier by \textit{J. Lu} [see ibid. 34, 156-182 (1983)].
