The author investigates the second order linear differential equation in the complex plane (1) \(f''+A(z)f=0\), where A(z) is a transcendental entire function of order \(\rho <+\infty\) with \(k=2\rho\) distinct finite asymptotic values. For two linearly independent solutions \(f_ 1\), \(f_ 2\) of (1), the lower exponent of convergence of the zeros (resp. real zeros) of the function \(f_ 1f_ 2\) is determined.
