The author presents the quantum stochastic calculus for input and output processes associated with nondemolition measurements in quantum open systems. The noncommutative stochastic calculus on a Bose Fock space due to \textit{R. L. Hudson} and \textit{K. R. Parthasarathy} [Commun. Math. Phys. 93, 301--323 (1984; Zbl 0546.60058)] is supplemented here by a certain algebraic structure. The detailed proofs of the theorems concerning the quantum nonlinear filtering and announced in previous papers are given. In the case of Markovian quantum systems the stochastic Schrödinger equation for a ``a posteriori wave function'' is constructed. These results generalize the classical ones due to Stratonovich.
