    This paper deals with the existence and the local exponential stability of almost periodic solutions for shunting inhibitory cellular neural networks with continuously distributed delays. Without the restriction of the global Lipschitz conditions of activation functions, sufficient conditions are established by means of fixed point theorems and Lyapunov function method.
