A 64, No.9, 318-321 (1988; Zbl 0708.35021).] Il est question encore de la locale résolubilité, dans l'ensemble \({\mathcal D}'(U)\) de toutes les distributions en (t,x) définies sur \({\mathcal U}\), pour une classe d'opérateurs différentiels partiels singuliers non de Fuchs, mais sous une condition plus générale que celles des deux précédents travaux (voir part I et part II). Pour l'opérateur \({\mathcal P}\) et pour toutes les généralités on renvoie au travail I. Soit \(p(\tau,\xi)=\tau^ m+\sum a_{j,\alpha}(0,0)\tau^ j\xi \alpha\), où la \(\Sigma\) est pour \(j+| \alpha | =m,j<m\); \(\Sigma =\{(\tau,\xi)\in R_{\tau}\times R^ n_{\xi}\); \(p(\tau,\xi)\}=0\). Le plus remarquable résultat de ce troisième travail est le théorème: Soient verifiées les hyothèses: (1) Pour \(j+| \alpha | =m\), \(a_{j,\alpha}(t,x)\) est à valeurs réelles sur \({\mathcal U}.\) (2) \(\Sigma \cap \{(0,\xi)\in R_{\tau}+R^ n_{\xi};\xi \neq 0\}=\emptyset.\) (3) (\(\partial p/\partial \tau)(\tau,\xi)\neq 0\) pour (0,0)\(\neq (\tau,\xi)\in \Sigma.\) Alors pour chaque f(t,x)\(\in {\mathcal D}'(U)\) il y a une fonction u(t,x)\(\in {\mathcal D}'(U)\), pour laquelle est \(Pu=f\) dans un voisinage de (0,0) en \(R_ t\times R^ n_ x\).
