Define \(D=\sum\limits_{k=0}^{\infty}D_k,\) \(D_k=\{(x,y): 0<x<\tau,kh<y\leq (k+1)h\}\) (\(0<h,\tau\equiv \)const). The author consider the existence and uniqueness of solution in the domain \(D\) for the following problem: \[ \begin{alignedat}{2}2 D_{0y}^{\alpha}u(x,t)-u_{xx}(x,y)&=\int_0^{h}R(\xi)u(x,y-\xi)d\xi,&0&<\alpha<1,\\ u(0,y)&=0,&0&\leq y<\infty,\\ u(\tau,y)&=0,&0&\leq y<\infty,\\ u(x,y)&=0,&(x,y)&\in \bar{D}_{(-1)},\\ \lim\limits_{y\to 0+}D^{\alpha-1}_{0y}u(x,t)&=\omega(x),&0&\leq x\leq \tau,\end{alignedat} \] with \(D^{\alpha-1}_{0y}u(x,t)\in C(\bar D)\), \(y^{1-\alpha}D^{\alpha}_{0y}u(x,t), u_{xx}(x,y) \in C(D)\). Here \(\omega(x)\in C[0,\tau]\cap C^2(0,\tau)\) is given such that \(\omega(0)=\omega(\tau)=0\), \(D_{0y}^{\alpha}\) is the Riemann-Liouville fractional integro-differentiation operator acting on the function \(u(x,y)\) with the variable \(y\), and \(R(\xi)\) is a given bounded function.
