\({\mathcal A}\) is an algebra of subsets of a set \(X\), with a join semilattice \({\mathcal F} \subseteq{\mathcal A}\) and a meet semilattice \({\mathcal G} \subseteq{\mathcal A}\), \({\mathbf S} = ({\mathcal S},{\mathcal U})\) is a complete Hausdorff uniform space with an arbitrarily fixed point \(e\) and \(\mathcal{U}[e]\) a fundamental system of \(\tau\)-neighborhoods, \(\tau\) being the topology generated by \({\mathcal U}\). In this setting, a (uniformly) quasi-triangular \(\mu: {\mathcal A} \to{\mathbf S}\) is defined, as well as the notions of s-outer, \({\mathcal F}\)-regular and \(\mathcal{G}\)-exhaustive functions. Quasi-triangular functions include, among others, the \(k\)-triangular functions of \textit{E. Pap} [see for example, Null-additive set functions. Dordrecht: Kluwer Academic Publishers (1995; Zbl 0856.28001)], as particular cases. Adopting an algebraic definition of regularity according to \textit{C. Constantinesu} [Libertas Math. 1, 51--73 (1981; Zbl 0482.28009)], and with \({\mathcal F}\) and \({\mathcal G}\) satisfying a certain separation property, the author studies the relationship between \({\mathcal F}\)-regularity and \({\mathcal G}\)-exhaustivity and quasi-triangularity for sequences of quasi-triangular functions. A Cafiero type criterion is arrived at for a sequence of uniformly quasi-triangular, \({\mathcal F}\)-regular, and \({\mathcal G}\)-exhaustive functions, \({\mathcal G}\) having a sequentially completeness property (SCP). For sequences with additional uniform s-outer property, an extension of \textit{J. Dieudonné}'s convergence theorem for Radon measures [Anais Acad. Brasileira Ci. 23, 21--38 (1951; Zbl 0043.11202)] is obtained.
