The author answered at the question: how we can construct an octonionic polynomial with a prescribed set of zeros? The existence and uniqueness of such as octonionic polynomials are studied. For this, he used some methods valid for the quaternions to construct octonionic polynomials, but the nonassociativity of the octonions will limit the obtained results and the set of zeros must have some restrictions. For example, if the zeros belong to an associative subalgebra of octonions, the algorithms known for the quaternions are also valid for the octonions. The author introduced a new notation for the octonions, based on matrices, which was used to manipulate the octonions with the computer. He gave a closed form method to construct an octonionic polynomial with a prescribed set of zeros, method which use the inversion of a block Vandermonde matrix.
