This paper gives a quite comprehensive survey of the research literature regarding the graphs mentioned in the title. The two main types of graphs considered in this paper are the prime vertex graph (two vertices are joined by an edge if their product divides a character degree/conjugacy class size) and the common divisor graph (two character degrees/conjugacy class sizes are joined by an edge if they have a common prime divisor).
