The paper considers oscillatory integral operators with strong singularities on \(\mathbb R\) \[ T_{\lambda,\alpha,\beta}f(x)=p.v. \int_{\mathbb R} e^{i\lambda (x-y)^k} K_{\alpha,\beta}(x-y) f(y) dy \] where \(k\geq 2\) is an integer, \(\alpha>0,\) \(\beta>0\) and \(K_{\alpha,\beta}(t)={{e^{i|t|^{-\beta}}}\over{t|t|^\alpha}}.\) It is obtained sharp decay estimates for \(L^2\) operator norm. It is also obtained \(H^p\) estimates for difference of oscillatory strongly singular integral operators and strongly singular operators, which gives \(L^p\) mapping properties of these operators.
