This paper deals with the problem of many-server queues and customer abandonment, aiming to establish heavy-traffic limits for waiting times. Thus, when the system is asymptotically critically loaded in fluid scale, then one shows that abandonments do not affect fluid and diffusion limits for virtual waiting time. When the system is not asymptotically critically loaded in fluid scale, then one establishes the two-parameter version of the Puhalskii's invariance principle for first-passage times. Authors also establish the heavy-traffic limit for steady-state waiting time in the efficiency-driven regime.
