In this paper the system \[ dP/dt=-\mu P+(KQ)^{- 1}\int^{\infty}_{0}f_{1a}(a,t)P(t-a)e^{-\mu a}da, \] \[ dQ/dt=- \eta Q+(b_ 2/(1+kQ))\int^{\infty}_{0}f_{2a}(a,t)P(t-a)e^{-\mu a}da\int^{\infty}_{0}\omega '\!_ 2(a)Q(t-a)e^{-\eta a}da \] is a model for a predator-prey system with both species age structured and the predators living on the eggs of the prey: Here P(t) and Q(t) are the total population sizes of the prey and the predator species, respectively, at time t, \(f_ 1\), \(f_ 2\) are the fecundity of prey and predator species, respectively, \(f_{i,a}\) \((i=1,2)\) denotes partial derivative of \(f_ i\) with respect to a, \(\mu\) and \(\eta\) the death rates, \(b_ 2\) is the birth modulus of the predator and the function \(\omega_ 2\) is the maturation function for the predator. The existence, stability and instability of nonnegative equilibria are studied assuming some suitable conditions for \(f_ 1\) and \(\omega_ 2\).
