[For part I see ibid. 15, 137-149 (1984; reviewed above)] The mixed boundary value problem for the Poisson equation is solved. The symmetric marching technique on rectangular regions is extended on this problem. Test examples show the effectiveness of this method combined with a mesh refinement technique.
