The authors continue their study of fuzzy multi-valued functions, which started in the same journal 12, 61-69 (1984; Zbl 0532.90027). Their topological concepts - closed fuzzy sets, sequentially bounded multifunctions, upper and lower semicontinuity - are defined using the sendograph of a fuzzy set [\textit{P. E. Kloeden}, ibid. 7, 275-296 (1982; Zbl 0509.54040)] or sequential convergence in Euclidean spaces. Their results are described as analogous to those of \textit{V. L. Makarov} and \textit{A. M. Rubinov} [Mathematical Theory of Economic Dynamics and Equilibrium, (1973; Zbl 0323.90012)]. Typically, geometric or topological conditions are shown to be sufficient for topological conclusions. For example, a superlinear fuzzy multi-function defined on fuzzy cones has a closed, convex fuzzy cone as its graph.
