Velocity potentials describing the generation of infinitesimal capillary- gravity waves due to fundamental singularities in a motionless liquid with an inertial surface composed of uniformly distributed floating particles are obtained when the effect of surface tension at the inertial surface is included. Line and point singularities of variable strengths are considered for finite constant depth of the liquid. The method used is an extension to what has been applied to obtain these potentials in the absence of the surface tension.
