    Let \(S_ p(A)\), \(1\leq p\leq \infty\) denote the set of functions f(t), satisfying the following conditions: 1) \(f(t)=\sum^{\infty}_{k=1}a_ k\chi_ k(t),\) where \(\chi_ k(t)\) is the Haar functions, \(k=1,2,..\).. \[ 2)\quad A_ p(f)=\sum^{\infty}_{m=1}2^{m-1/2}\{\sum^{2^{m- 1}}_{j=1}| a_{mj}| \quad p\}^{1/p}\leq A \] where A is a constant \(A\geq 0\), and \(S_ p=\cup_{A\geq 0}S_ p(A)\). Let \(f_{\delta}(t)=\sum^{\infty}_{k=1}C_ k/1+\alpha k^{\lambda}\chi_ k(t)\) where \(o<\alpha \leq 1\). \(\lambda >1\). It is proved that for \(S_ p\) or C[0,1], the function \(f_{\delta}(t)\) converges to f(t) as \(\delta\to 0\). Furthermore the order of approximation is also given.
