This is a study of the infinitesimal automorphisms of a harmonic Kähler foliation which are either transversely holomorphic or transversely Killing. The results obtained are generalizations to the foliation context of theorems of Bochner, Yano or Lichnerowicz concerning holomorphic or Killing vector fields on Kähler manifolds. The main ingredients of the results in this paper are the transversal divergence theorem of \textit{I. W. Kamberg}, \textit{P. Tondeur} and \textit{G. Toth} [Mich. Math. J. 34, 261-266 (1987; Zbl 0629.53031)] and the De Rham-Hodge theory for Riemannian foliations developed by \textit{D. El Kacimi-Alaoui} and \textit{G. Hector} [Ann. Inst. Fourier 36, 207-227 (1986; Zbl 0586.57015)] and by \textit{F. N. Kamber} and \textit{P. Tondeur} [Math. Ann. 277, 415-431 (1987; Zbl 0637.53043)].
