The concepts of accretive and maximal accretive and strongly accretive mapping in the probabilistic normed space is introduced and the relations between these concepts are studied. The existence problem of solution for equations with such mappings in probabilistic normed space is investigated and some existence theorems are proved. The perturbation characteristics of zero points of equation with accretive mappings is also investigated.
