Assume that the Cauchy problem \(x'(t)\in F(t,x)\), \(x(t_ 0)=x_ 0\) has a local solution for every \(t_ 0\in[0,+\infty)\), \(x_ 0\in R^ n\). If \(v\) is a function such that \(v_ t+v_ xy\leq g(t,v(t,x))\) for every \(y\in F(t,x)\), \(v(t,x)\to\infty\) as \(| x|\to\infty\) and every maximal solution to \(u'=g(t,u)\) can be extended onto \([0,\infty)\), then every solution of the differential inclusion \(x'\in F(t,x)\) can be extended onto the interval \([t_ 0,\infty)\). Several conditions sufficient to extendibility of local solutions onto the interval \([t_ 0,\infty)\) are deduced. The asymptotic behavior of solutions is studied and a sufficient condition for the differential inclusion to have an asymptotic equilibrium (i.e. every solution \(x(t)\) has a finite limit as \(t\to\infty\) and there is \(\lambda\in(0,\infty]\) such that for every \(z\in R^ n\), \(| z|\leq\lambda\) there is a solution \(x(t)\) such that \(x(t)\to z\) as \(t\to\infty\)) is given.
