The author deals with moment 2-sequences, i.e. sequences in \(\mathbb{R}\) with indices in \(\mathbb{N}^ 2\) each representing a sequence of corresponding moments of a Borel measure on \(\mathbb{R}^ 2\), and investigates three determinacy notions of moment 2-sequences: the ``usual'' determinacy (meaning the uniqueness of the aforementioned measure) as well as strong determinacy and ultradeterminacy. The relations between these notions are illustrated by three counterexamples. Moreover, the author introduces strict determinacy and gives some sufficient conditions for the various determinacy properties. At the end, open problems are discussed.
