A relativised variational principle (see \textit{F. Ledrappier} and \textit{P. Walters} [J. Lond. Math. Soc. (2) 16, 568--576 (1977; Zbl 0388.28020)]) is applied to Ising models where either the distributions of spins or the interaction is random. one gets the expected results.
