It is proved that an irreducible SU(n)-connection \(\nabla\) on a compact Kähler surface with positive scalar curvature is anti-self dual provided \(\int | \phi |^ 2 < C\), where \(\phi\) is the component of the curvature of \(\nabla\) in the direction of the Kähler form and C is a constant independent of \(\nabla\).
