This paper starts with a detailed characterization of the reduced Gröbner basis for the ring \(R\) of Laurent polynomials in two variables, and provides an explicit basis of the linear space \(G(I)\) consisting of all linear recurring arrays determined by zero-dimensional ideal \(I\) of \(R\). Finally, a trace expression of linear recurring arrays is given by using this basis.
