The linear homogeneous three-dimensional Cauchy-Dirichlet problem is considered. The authors discuss a semi-discretization method to solve this problem numerically. The basic idea of the method is to discretize in two space variables and considering the resulting system of one-dimensional wave equations, which is transformed into a system of integral equations. The problem of convergence of the method is also studied.
