Let \(E_n(f;\mathcal X)\) and \(R_n(f;\mathcal X)\) be polynomials and rational powers not higher than \(n\) deviations in the space \(\mathcal X\in\{C^R,C\}\) respectively, \(\mathcal S\) be a class of sequences \(a_n\), \( a_{n-1}>a_n\) for all natural \(n\) and \(a_n\to 0\) as \(n\to\infty\), \( CA\) be a space of functions \(f\) of complex variable \(z\) with uniform norm that are analytical in the unit disk and continuous in its closure. The main result of the paper is as follows. Let \(\{a_n\}^\infty_{n=0}\in \mathcal S\) and either \(a_n>a_{n+1}>0\) or there exists a natural number \(N\) such that \(a_0>a_1>\dots>a_N=a_{N+1}=\dots =0\). Then there exists a function \(h\in CA\) for which \(R_n(h;CA)=a_n\) for nonnegative integer \(n\).
