Let \(X\) be a K3 surface with a fibration in special Lagrangian tori with a section. Rotating the complex structure of \(X\) in its hyper-Kähler family of complex structures it is obtained the elliptic K3 surface \(X'\). The authors prove in this paper that the mirror of \(X\) in the sense of Dolgachev, \(\check X\), can be identified with the generalized compactified Jacobian of the elliptic fibration \(X'\to \mathbb{P}^1\). The authors introduce the moduli space \(\widetilde K_M\) parametrizing \(M\)-polarized K3 surfaces with a 1-admissible vector in \(T=M^\perp\) and they construct a bijective map \(\mu:\widetilde K_M\to \widetilde K_{\check M}\) which realises the mirror correspondence.
