The notion of dynamical entropy by Connes, Narnhofer and Thirring is reviewed and is related to quantum chaos. The notion of CNT entropy is introduced and explained. Classical topological entropy is introduced as the supremum over all phase space probability measures of the KS entropy. \(C^*\)-dynamical systems are presented and with the help of these KS entropy was generalized to CNT entropy. A detailed example of a particle in periodic potential has been considered.
