Using the Fock-space construction over the \(n\)-dimensional Hilbert spaces, the author defines special operators \(S_{ij}\) which generate a \(C^*\)-algebra \(C^*(\{S_{ij}\})\). The noncommutative Poisson transform defined in the paper is a transformation of \(C^*(\{S_{ij}\})\) into \(B({\mathcal H})\), where \({\mathcal H}\) denotes an arbitrary Hilbert space. To any sequence of operators \(\{A_{ij}\}_{i= 1,2,\dots, k,j= 1,2,\dots, n}\subset B({\mathcal H})\) with special property (P) is associated a noncommutative Poisson transform. Due to the highly technical character of the paper and rather extensive notation, it is not possible to formulate the results within the scope of this review. The author obtains a functional calculus, isometric (resp. unitary) dilations, and commutant lifting theorem for the class of operators with property (P).
