Let \(k\) be a field of characteristic zero. The generalized Weyl algebra \(A_2(J_{a,b})\) is generated by elements \(x_1,x_2,\partial_1,\partial_2\) subject to the defining relations \([x_1,x_2]=ax_1^2\), \([\partial_1,\partial_2]=b\partial_2^2\), \([\partial_1,x_1]=1+ax_1\partial_2\), \([\partial_1,x_2]=-ax_1\partial_1-abx_1\partial_2+bx_2\partial_2\), \([\partial_2,x_1]=1\), \([\partial_2,x_2]=1-bx_1\partial_2\), where \(a,b\in k\). Here \([u,v]=uv-vu\). If \(a\neq b\), then the global and Krull dimensions of \(A_2(J_{a,b})\) are equal to 3. Suppose that \(p_{ij}\in k\) and \(p_{ij}^{-1}=p_{ji}\) for all \(i,j=1,\ldots,n\). Then \(A_n(q,(p_{ij}))\) is the associative algebra generated by elements \(x_1,\ldots,x_n,\partial_1,\ldots,\partial_n\) such that \(x_ix_j=p_{ij}qx_jx_i\) if \(i<j\), \(\partial_i\partial_j=p_{ij}q^{-1}\partial_j\partial_i\) if \(i<j\), \(\partial_ix_j=p_{ji}qx_j\partial_i\) if \(i\neq j\), \(\partial_ix_i=1+q^2x_i\partial_i+(q^2-1)\sum_{j>i}x_j\partial_j\). It is shown that the global and Krull dimension of \(A_n(\pm 1,(p_{ij}))\) is equal to \(n\).
