The theorem of M. G. Krein referred to in the paper's title asserts that if \(f\) is an entire function, then \(\log|f|\) has positive harmonic majorants on the upper and lower half-planes if and only if \(f\) is of exponential type and \(\int_{- \infty}^{+\infty} (1+x^2)^{-1} \log^+|f(x)|dx<+\infty\). This result was generalized to subharmonic functions on \(\mathbb{R}^m\) by \textit{B. Ya. Levin}, \textit{V. N. Logvinenko} and \textit{M. L. Sodin} [Adv. Sov. Math. 11, 181-197 (1992; Zbl 0773.31001)], and an analogue for separately subharmonic functions on \(\mathbb{R}^{n_1+1}\times \mathbb{R}^{n_2+1}\) was proved by \textit{B. Ya. Levin} and \textit{V. N. Logvinenko} [Algebra Anal. 6, No. 4, 143-156 (1994; Zbl 0821.31005)]. In the present paper an analogue is proved for separately subharmonic functions on \(\mathbb{R}^{n_1+1}\times\dots\times \mathbb{R}^{n_p+1}\).
