Let \(S\) denote the class of functions \(f(z)= z+\sum^\infty_{n= 2}a_nz^n\) that are analytic and univalent in the unit disk \(D= \{x:|z|<1\}\), and let \(S^*\) and \(K\) be the subclasses of \(S\) consisting of starlike and convex functions, resp. Let moreover \((f*g)(z)= \sum^\infty_{n= 0} a_nb_nz^n\) be the Hadamard product of two power series \(f(z)= \sum^\infty_{n= 0}a_nz^n\) and \(g(z)= \sum^\infty_{n= 0}b_nz^n\). Theorem: If \(f,g\in S^*\) then \(f*g\) is starlike univalent in \(|z|< 2-\sqrt 3\) and convex in \(|z|<5- 2\sqrt 6\). The results are sharp.
