The paper reties to the Kyoto Protocol from 1997 devoted to macro and micro economic tools of efficient protection of the natural environment. The author presents a nonlinear, time-discrete TEM-model (Technology Emission Means Model), describing cooperation between economic subjects in financing and the reduction of harmful polution emissions. For that purpose he applies the theory of convex games. The advantage of the TEM-model is the possibility to use it in order to verify a technical joint implementation program and to compare the numerical results with real world phenomena.
