The authors are interested in solving numerically the following so-called Cahn-Hilliard/Allen-Cahn system, of two coupled nonlinear parabolic equations, of degree four and two respectively, that is: \[ \begin{cases} u_t= \Delta\{f(u,v)-\alpha u- k_1\Delta u\}\quad &\text{in }[0,T]\times\Omega,\\ v_t= -\{g(u,v)-\beta v- k_2\Delta v\}\\ {\partial u\over\partial n}= {\partial\Delta u\over\partial n}= {\partial v\over\partial n}= 0\quad &\text{on }[0,T]\times \partial\Omega,\\ u(0,\cdot)= u_0,\quad v(0,\cdot)= v_0\quad &\text{in }\Omega.\end{cases}\tag{1} \] The goal of this paper is to present a numerical scheme approximating (1) with logarithmic nonlinearity. The authors prove that the scheme has a unique solution, and that numerical solutions of approximated problems, where the nonlinearity is regularized, satisfy the imposed constraint and converge uniformly to the numerical solution. Moreover, they show that the uniform convergence holds also for the entropy term.
