Für die Bewegung der Luft in einer cylindrischen Röhre wird, wenn die Bewegung der Axe parallel ist, folgende Gleichung abgeleitet: \[ p=-\frac{\alpha^{2}}{\varrho}+ \varphi\left(v+\frac{\alpha}{\varrho}\right); \] hier bedeutet \(p\) den Druck, \(\varrho\) die Dichtigkeit, \(v\) die Geschwindigkeit, \(\alpha\) eine Constante, \(\varphi\) eine willkürliche Function.
