Aiming the construction of thermal neutral as well as charged \({\mathcal P}(\phi)_2\) quantum field theories, present paper treats spatially cutoff perturbations of the free systems in infinite volume. The method is based on \(\beta\)-periodic, \(O-S\) positive generalized path-space measures and the corresponding reconstruction theorem. The UV divergences can be eliminated by Wick ordering like in \({\mathcal P}(\phi)_2\) theories at zero-temperature.
