Let \( F(x,y,z)\) be a quasi-homogeneous polynomial which has an isolated critical point at the origin. Let \(W=(a_1,a_2,a_3,h)\) be the weight system associated to \(F\), that means coprime natural numbers such that \[ F(\lambda^{a_1}x,\lambda^{a_2}y,\lambda^{a_3}z)=\lambda^hF(x,y,z). \] In this paper the author studies P-duality and M-duality of reduced weight systems and proves that P-duality is equivalent to M-duality. This result recovers Arnold duality for the exceptional singularities.
