The authors obtain some results on the existence and uniqueness of periodic solutions for linear neutral differential equations with several delays of the form \[ \sum_{i=0}^{p}a_i x^{(i)}(t)+ \sum_{j=1}^{m}\sum_{i=0}^{p}u_{ji} x^{(i)}(t-h_j)=f(t). \] Here, \(m\) and \(p\) are nonnegative integers, \(h_j>0\), \(a_i\) and \(u_{ji}\) are constants, and \(f\) is continuously differentiable and periodic.
