Let \({\mathcal O}_q(M_3(k))\) be the one-parameter coordinate algebra on quantum \((3\times 3)\)-matrices over a field \(k\) with the standard generating set \(X_{ij}\), \(1\leqslant i,j\leqslant 3\). The parameter \(q\in k^*\) is not a root of 1. The algebra \({\mathcal O}_q(M_3(k))\) admits a group \(H=k^{*3}\times k^{*3}\) of windings mapping \(X_{ij}\) to \(\alpha_iX_{ij}\beta_j\), where \((\alpha_1,\dots,\alpha_3,\beta_1,\dots,\beta_3)\in H\). The main result of the paper shows that there are precisely 230 \(H\)-invariant prime ideals in \({\mathcal O}_q(M_3(k))\). Each of them is generated by some specific minors arranged in a polynomial sequence.
