The authors study plane \(Q(z)\)-quasiconformal and \(Q(z)\)-quasiregular mappings for \(Q\in L^1_{\text{loc}}\) and, in particular, for \(Q\) in BMO. They study the following basic properties of these mappings: distortion, existence, uniqueness, representation, integrability, convergence, and removability theorems as well as the reflection principle and boundary behavior.
