Let \(\{X(t)\}_{t \geq 0}\) be a critical general branching process, \(N\) be the number of daughter particles from a single individual \(({\mathbf E} N = 1)\) and \(\{Z(t)\}_{t \geq 0}\) be the \(q\)-dimensional process counted with progeny-dependent characteristics connected with \(X(t)\). It is proved the convergence of finite-dimensional distributions of \(\{n^{-1} Z(T_ n)t\), \(t > 0\}\) to a Markov process defined under assumptions traditional for renewal theorems with infinite second moment: \(N\) is attracted by \((1 + \alpha)\)-stable law, \(0 < \alpha \leq 1\), and for precise defined sequence \(T_ n\). This result is applied to genealogical trees and some other functionals for general branching processes.
