The singularly perturbed nonselfadjoint problem \(\varepsilon u''+pu'=f\), \(u(0)=a_1\), \(u(1)=a_2\), \(p,f\in C^3[0,1]\), \(p\geq\overline p>0\), is solved using difference methods. Three schemes are given which are uniformly convergent \((O(h^2))\), optimally convergent \((O(h\max(h,\varepsilon))\), and \(\varepsilon\)-convergent, respectively.
