Infinitesimal geometry and superstationary factors of dynamical systems (Q1947004): Difference between revisions

The author tries to develop the notion of ``superstationary'', studying properties which depend only on the order, and which are invariant under time scaling. The superstationary factors of symbolic system in the case of dynamics defined by discretizing continuous spaces geometrically using partitions is investigated which explains the infinitesimal geometry behind it. A stronger version of superstationary factor has been defined for this study using Stone-Čech compactification of an infinite set.
