Lorentzian submanifold of an affine space means that the affine metric is Lorentzian. The Lorentzian affine hyperspheres in \(\mathbb R^4\) with zero Pick invariant and an affine metric with constant sectional curvature were described by \textit{F. Dillen} et al. [Affine hyperspheres with constant affine sectional curvature. Singapore: World Scientific (2000; Zbl 0996.53005)]. The present author gives a complete classification by additionally assuming local homogeneity.
